The pressures  of  work, family and  other commitments  can  make  it  feel as though there is so little space, time or energy to concentrate on promoting our own wellbeing and development.   However with professional guidance and support it is possible to focus on pursuing a new direction to enhance our lives so much in terms of enjoyment and success.
